Essential produces polymers and resins for floor finishes as well as a variety of detergents. It produces raw materials for the coating industry and packaged finished goods for the sanitary maintenance supply industry.

Essential Industries approached ProcessOne Solutions in September 2020, with an urgent EDI problem. They had to provide EDI shipping functionality including pallet labels by December 31, 2020 for Ace Hardware or they would lose their business. Their existing EDI supplier was unable to meet the deadline.

Not only did ProcessOne meet the deadline, with all the required functionality, but we were able to reprocess old invoices that had been rejected and get Essential’s overdue debts paid.
