In particular the aerospace industry demands high-strength aluminum products that perform in challenging and often harsh environments, from jets and helicopters to spacecraft and defense aircraft. Kaiser Aluminum creates aluminum plate, coil and sheet for aerospace.
The Trentwood facility in Spokane, Washington, the largest flat-rolled aluminum mill in the western US, uses Ross ERP to manage its manufacturing, logistics and financial processes.
ProcessOne staff were involved in the installation of Ross in 2003 to 2007 and now provide remote Ross ERP support.
This support is managed the ProcessOne cloud based Help Desk. Kaiser staff enter issues into the help desk and depending on priority and urgency a ProcessOne consultant is assigned to both manage the issue and deliver a solution.
